I phoned them today for our ticket office number and have phoned them plenty of other times too.Is it me,or when they ask you if you want to be connected and you refuse,asking for just the number,they seem to lower their tone and get a bit aggressive.Why get connected by them for 10p a minute when you can ring the number from home free?

they all do that though, even the Bt ones etc. if you don't let them put you through they always get right narky0
