Anyone know who this lady is ?

Was out last night with my Wife, and the pub we were in has loads of musical pictures/album covers on the walls. I love reading all the old front covers, but this particular lady had us stumped. Tried image searching her but no luck. Was the only one we couldn't identify. NME is dated 21/01/1995.

Bonus point if anyone can name the "local" pub :) 



 Edit ---  we just saw her name on the side when we zoomed in after loading DOH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I spent an hour googling in the pub - what a plum.

    Bit of googling and it was an alternative rock band called Belly. Never heard of them. That would be Tanya Donnelly

    She was in the throwing muses before Belly, they toured with pixies a lot late 80s/90s

    Started Throwing Muses with Kristen Hersh, her step-sister. Liked a few tracks from both bands, but more so The Breeders which Tanya formed in between the two.
