Our Future Health

Apologies if this has been mentioned before but it’s something I suspect quite a few of us are already signed up for given how health matters tend to get readily discussed on here but there might be others that are not aware of it:

I signed up last year. Had the medical and got a report. It's more comprehensive than the NHS Health Check which I had this year - only found out about that by signing up gor Our Future Health. The NHS are supposed to contact you every five years once you hit 40 but never did and I'm well in my 60s now!

Yes. Nothing happened as far as I can determine.

Think I’m on it by virtue of donating blood - at least as the invite prompt.

Myself and my wife had ours a week or 2 ago. We're both in health research/data so feel the need and the benefit of this kind of thing. Got initial results there and then and waiting for the blood results via email.

Biggest surprise was I'm actually an inch taller than ive been telling everyone all my life! According to the nurse "most people don't know how to properly measure height". So that's a win!

Would urge everyone to sign up. The bigger the dataset, the better the results, the better the analysis, the better the ability to make and inform correct decisions.

Also good to get some personal info about your health and a £10 voucher!
