It is Gail's funeral, or as I call it Celebration of her Life, on Tuesday and I'm a bit low at the moment, I will have the  stats published at the latest by Friday - my apologies.

    It will probably be very tough for you, but in calling this farewell a celebration you honour Gail.

    Don’t get stressed about the stats, we understand perfectly.

    Blimey Lancs, as much as I love and appreciate the stats you work so hard to produce for us, they pale into insignificance compared to the farewell/celebration of your dear Gail. Take all the time you need and, needless to say, all of us on here with be thinking of you on Tuesday.

    Lancs, no apologies needed. While we enjoy the stats, they're hardly a priority right now. Take whatever time you need, and if you're finding it a burden rather than a useful distraction, let us know and we'll sort something out. I hope Tuesday goes well.

    Many of us know from experience that the death of a loved one not only brings much sadness but also an awful lot of time-consuming admin.  Much as the match stats are appreciated (and they are), this is  time when other things are far more important.  They will still be there when you feel ready.
