    I want to win ugly, the emphasis being on win.
    I suspect this will be tougher than many seem to think, so any kind of win will be massive, and if you can’t win, don’t lose.

    Blackpool has most of the possession.  Lots of complaining on here.  False dawn Albie comes on as a sub for them in the 70th minute and immediately attempts to high press Coventry,  we pass it right by him and he doesn’t track back defensively, Godden scores on the counter attack. 1-0 win for us.

    Didn't realise how poor our recent record is against them. Think it's pretty clear if we score first we're hard to break down, lose the first goal and it's hard work. Main issue is how Jones shuffles the strikers, think it's going to be a tight game whatever.

    Albie Morgan played 70% of a game Tuesday on his way back from injury. I think this Saturday maybe too early for him, even from the bench.
    Blackpool fans not giving us much of a chance, but complimentary about us as an away game.

    Expecting a tough game and a loss. But still with the confidence that we can battle and sneak a positive result even if they're better than us. Something I couldn't say last season.

    Can see this being another dour one. Expect Blackpool to sit back invite us on and be tough to breakdown. We’ll huff and puff, increasingly go long and then hope the changes in the 2nd half can nick the win.

    Won’t be easy. I’d like to see us showing a bit more creativity and fluidity today. Another ugly win will do, but I don’t think we can keep riding our luck indefinitely. These are the games that we need to put to bed if we are serious contenders. We are better than them and we need to hour out and show it.

    Definitely need to create more of a threat , would like to see Godden up top with Ahadme, Taylor on the bench. Two nil to Charlton, Ahadme and Jones.
