But what really intrigues me is as this is right on the waterfront, how on earth are the police going to stop away fans getting an unscheduled bath?

It's got water on three sides and the fourth side has a bloody big wall running along the road that's only got three or four gaps in it/entrances. So everyone will have to go in and come out the same way, which sounds like a bit of a nightmare!

Does this new ground have a designated section for away fans? Other new grounds seem to section a part off manned with a line of security staff.0

No, it's going to be a free for all. Personally I think that will work just fine. Scousers are well known for their welcome, wit and musical ability. A lot of home fans will be interested, they don't all have showers up there.

That is probably 10k short of what it should be, they'll have a massive waiting list for season tickets and away fans will want to go.

I've seen more up to date videos on YouTube by again. Taken by a drone from all angles. And then answering questions from Everton fans about certain parts of the stadium & concourse.
Looks weird being so close to the water. Any trouble on the road side of the ground then you don't have anywhere to go.0 -
Might just be me but the new ground doesn't impress me. It looks like an upgraded Madejski stadium, they've tried to make it look different to the other recently new build grounds but for me regardless of the capacity it just looks like another identi-stadium.2

I haven’t looked recently but I watched quite a few videos by Dr Drone (?) which he produced weekly.
