    I am so sorry to hear this, life can be so challenging, but to lose not one but two children so young is unimaginable.  It isn't much but you are in my thoughts.  

    As a father whose daughter recently decided Charlton were worth her time, which made me start going again, I can't imagine how empty The Valley will feel to you now.  As others have said try to enjoy the time you shared.

    I sometimes take scant comfort in thinking how would lost loved ones have wanted me to live the rest of my life.
