So my eldest wants to come on Saturday. He's a student but not registered with the club.
I just tried getting him a student ticket and get this message

Does this mean no student tickets are being issued for this particular game or have I got to try something else?
Cheers

You usually have to contact the club and provide proof, eg student loan letter or course acceptance letter etc. to get them registered on the system as a student. A faff to initially do, but once it’s done it’s easy for all future tickets.3

It's the feature of the system Charlton insisted on installing called making it hard to sustain a future generation of supporters.1

There's lots of students living in Greenwich. The owners bang on about getting more through the door. Maybe making it a bit easier for them to get hold of tickets might encourage them?
JaSheas message above about having to contact the club is not mentioned anywhere on the website as far as I can see? But there is an option when purchasing tickets for students.
Just a thought!

Wait til Carly gets to the next stage when the club tell him only a letter dated in the current year of study confirming the course expiry date is past the season end is the only acceptable form of confirmation.0 -
The system they use is a joke.
Tried to renew season ticket for my grandson in April for this season. He had a student card which ran out in September. Was told by ticket office that he had to have one that last the whole season.
The college only renew every September, had a row with the so called ticket office manager and despite the fact that I wanted to buy 4 season tickets they said tough.
Told them to poke the lot, quite honestly they are useless. Only been to one live game this season and quite honestly getting used to watching on TV ( for free). They have no clue how to run a club.7 -
