It seems like every week we seem to be saying 'our toughest game so far', and i don't see this Saturday being any different. Narridge have a new manager in place, and seem to have sorted themselves out after their dire start.

How do you see it going ? Will Parky be looking to make any changes ?

What would you do if our Plan A appears to stall ?

Lets hear your pre-match thoughts.

Gone for the away win as I'm an optimist but also as they lost to MK Dons midweek, had three players subbed off injured, we are set up to do well away from home and can score goals (linesmen permitting).

Baring injuries (where are the Newshopper reports from the press conference?) same side but with McKenzie on the bench for Tuna.

Can see us winning this one TBH. Naaridge have a few injury problems and if we can knick an early goal I can see us winning 2-0.

If that plan fails and perhaps they take the lead and are 1 up at half time I expect Parky to give them a bollocking at half time. If this talk works I would like us to get a goal before 70 minutes to give us a fair chance to get a winner.

Hope we are able to keep the same XI and bring on McKenzie at some point to see what he has to offer. Would also like to see Holden as we only have him for three months although it could become permanent.

Pessimist in me says we broke our winless run there in the cup, so sods law they will break our unbeaten run. I have gone for home win.

Dont see this one being a toughy, comfortable 3-1 win. I think we started poorly last week but were much the stronger team. I see that being the case this week but without the poor start.

First time all season i think we may struggle. I'll go for an edgy 2-1 win with Shelvey and Burton bagging the goals.

I think we will win comfortably. Norwich will allow us to play football and I think we are better than anyone given that circumstance. 2-0

For the first time in YEARS, I'm actually VERY confident we will win.

Saw Norwich at MK Dons on Monday and thought they were very poor and they lost 3 senior players on the night to injury.

2-0 to us with Jonjo and Bailey scoring.

  • Going for an away win. We poor 1st half against Soton as I think some of our players were trying too hard to show Parsehole,, back to normal and 0=2 win.
  • Depends if the Southampton treatment has affeccted Sam , 1-1 .
  • we lose 3-2 blunders from our defence turn a 2 goal lead into a nightmare ... still if it keeps us in this division winning more games than losing bully for us

    Quite agree, Ooh Aah.

    ;o)

  • I have gone for a home win, no reason apart from the fact I have always backed the oppo on this poll and it is going pretty well so far. Saw the last 20 minutes of them at Wimbledon and thought they looked ok for a team that had lost a few to injury. Might be tougher than we think and is their cup final until they play colchester at home in their local derby.

Whatl you are kidding, they lost already at home to them! Must of been a deflection or poor ref again!

I'm going for a draw, probably 1-1. Hopefully we can do enough to make it a 2-1 or 1-0, I think it'll be close.
  • I need a win, I have a fiver bet with a colleague on this one. It'll feel like 100 pounds if I win because I'll be framing the money and rubbing it in for the rest of the season. CAFC.

If we can get an earlyish (0-15mins) goal I think we'll do them, if not can see this being our first lost of the season unfortunately!

    So, I'm saying 2-1 Norwich :(
  • 2-0 win, Burton and Racon, comfortable....

went for a draw but only because I hate predicting wins as I don't like over-confidence. A draw and then beating Exeter next week would be great. Should be an open game though.
  • 2 - 1 Norwich. Has to happen sooner or later and Carrow Rd is never that easy unless your team is Colchester. Please let me be wrong.

I'm optimistic and think we can win this one but dont think it will be easy, so going for a 2-1 win with Burton, Sam on the scoresheet.
I have to fly out for work today to Manila, via Singapore, and will only arrive there (Manila) at midnight Saturday, which will be 5 pm UK. So going to want to read all about the match on here, lets hope that it will make for good reading!!!
Not back until next Saturday but at least in time for the match!!
Cheers and hope all that are travelling to Carrow Road have a great day out!

I am continuing my superstition of the season and predicting a Norwich win.

I will be absolutely delighted to be proved wrong though.
  • Hard one to call.

Norwich will have a large crowd as usual, but will be under pressure to pick up points, I watched their game at MK on Monday. They were well on top until the first two injuries.

My Canary pal tells me that they will probably have an extremely young midfield due to the injuries so that may be their weakness.

Honestly don't know about this one.

If we can get an early goal and get the crowd on their backs (sound familiar?) then i think we will go on to win comfortably.

If we go one down i'm now confident we can get back into games, where as before we'd just crumble in the second half.

Going for a late Mckenzie winner in a 2-1 win

Excellent. Let's hope Racon, Bailey and Sam have recovered from their minor injuries.
