I've managed to avoid being in any of his away vlogs, and happy to stay that way  :)

Tip of the cap to our travellers, hope the weather is kind and you all have safe travels .
Can’t make this trip, saving myself for the trip to the sleeping giants of Europe, Walsall.

I’ll be there. In Yorkshire at the moment. Very cold with snow still in the hills but clear in the town and temperatures are forecast to be much higher by Saturday.
An "interesting" forecast for tomorrow. Early snow, turning to heavy rain as the temperature rises...

My son's convinced the game will be postponed due to a waterlogged pitch.

Safe trip for everyone off today
  • Just said goodbye to my 16 year old fruit,  Petrol head who’s making his coach debut today, Mrs dropping him off at Charlton .
Havent got a coach since Blackburn in the FA Cup.  I told him I think they have a toilet but use as a last resort and no 💩ing !
Feel a bit emotional cos this kid hated football 3 or 4 years ago and he’s fucking mad for it now .
The moaning he does if he can’t go is madness , his mum is too nice she’s taking him and maybe some brothers out of school early on Tuesday to go to Burton .
Ive never hated us soooo much and do everything to not go and I’ve brainwashed my kids in to loving this shithouse club .
We’re all going Walsall next week via Brum Uni to pick up boffin, it’s one of the rare things we all do together so there is that upside .
I just want us to have some success for the kids (and that doesn’t mean the name change cup shit )
    come on you Addicks !
  • Got a spare seniors ticket available. If anyone wants one. I'm on the 8:30 train out and will probably be in the Huddersfield Working Mens Club, from around 12ish maybe after.

I've been to Huddersfield 4 or 5 times so I'm giving it a miss today and saving myself for Walsall.
Good numbers going today considering how crap we are.
Stay safe everyone and hopefully return with 3 very needed points.
  • Leeds at the moment...

This is possible. Heavy snow in the surrounding countryside this morning, probably turning to rain if the temperature rises.
  • Got sent this an hour ago which was taken this morning about 3 miles from Huddersfield

  • Thought I'd go to this as a fairly simple journey for me. Trains from my station to manchester cancelled, got lift to blackburn to try that line to Manchester.
Train from blackburn got cancelled while it was in the station. Now on way to preston to try to get to Manchester on a train which was delayed cos of a tree on the line.
If I see a ball kicked today it'll be a fkin miracle!!
  • I've had a seamless journey so far. 08:33 from Euston to Manchester arrived in time for me to get 10:58 across to Huddersfield which has departed on time.

A few games getting postponed I see. Both in lancs (Blackburn, Fleetwood & Rochdale) as well as Yorkshire (Bradford & Halifax). Pitch might be ok now but if it rains for the next 4 hours who knows.

Ouch.. Blackburn called off around 11am. Wonder how far Pompey fans had got by then? Possibly just on a train out of Euston, first stop Rugby.

Well that’s jinxed it, when you get back to south east London without any delays all day long there will be a leaf on the line now….

Don’t forget the delay repays for the journey yesterday. The 11:50AM from York to Huddersfield was delayed by 35 mins and obviously everything on the way back.
