Millwall at home to Huddersfield tomorrow.

Millwall 16th with 7 points

Huddersfield 4th with 14 points.

I want Millwall to win (will also laugh and be happy if they lose).

Does anyone really want Huddersfield to win, bearing in mind we want to finish in the top 2 ?

    draw for me too.

    It galls me to say it but Millwall could yet be near the top too so I'm not going to wish them victories just yet!

    We will be on 22 points come Saturday night anyway, we can afford a Huddersfield win especially as they face us soon anyway.

    Isn't it a bit early in the season to be worrying about other teams are doing?

    Come next March/April, I might feel different but until then I will want millwall to lose just as I have always done.

    anyone who thinks they are CAFC and can say the words "come on you Lions" needs to have along hard look in the mirror-----------------as you just cant be proper Charlton and make a statement like that.

    at this point in season other teams results are an after thought on a sat evening, hopefully after another three points

    but got huddersfield on my accumilator this week so......

    The 2 favourites to win the league this season were Leeds and Huddersfield. I would say that they are still our main rivals, together with perhaps MK Dons.

    So yes I want anyone to beat Huddersfield, Leeds and MK Dons.

    I hope I will not need to remind you all of your folly at the end of the season, if Huddersfield get automatic promotion and we miss out :-)

    If our promotion is really dependent on Huddersfield losing to anyone but ourselves, I think I'd rather wait until next week when they play 18th placed Stockport before I cheer on their opposition. Perhaps then you, me and Sir Maurice can all get behind The Hatters.

    Yes of course and more than you possibly as I'm older and have seen every game against them since 1971.

    Don't see the relevence though.

    They are scum I hate them with a passion, but I value us more and I'm confident that Huddersfield are the team that we need to stay above to gain automatic promotion. It doesn't matter if Leeds end up as Champions. We can be second. Huddersfield and MK Dons at this stage look like our challengers.

    I grant you Norwich, Bristol R even Millwall and others could come into it.
