Thats not the Joe Wollacot who played for us surely? he looks completely different and about a foot taller!
  • We are finding it tricky to get a foothold into the game, Crawley playing it very tight

Camara gets pulled down by REG near their box, and they have a free kick

Flare set off from the travelling Crawley mob...🤦‍♂️
To keep the five of them warm?
  • Even Brownie unimpressed with the two drag backs from each side and that the Charlton one wasnt given!!

Good bit of harrying from Campbell, we briefly lose posession, I think it was Mitchell that won it back, pass to Godden and he shoots wide from distance.

  • Scrappy mid way in the Crawley half, ends with Mitchell disposing their man, finding Godden whose snatched shot dribbles harmlessly past the goal

Why play 3 natural central striker again Nathan ?

At least have the brains to play Campbell or Kanu with perm any two from Godden, Leaburn or Ahadme.

Both Campbell and Kanu can give width and close down quicker.

Leaburn tries to backheel to Campbell, but unfortunately there's a Crawley player right on his tail, so we lose possesion, but it's out for a throw

These sky commentators do love a stat
  • Miles seems to have lost a shit load of pace with that injury.
    Was he always that slow?

Campbell has started quite well. Surprising me at the moment.
  • Bit of a repeat from the Burton game so far; Maynard-Brewer seeing very little of the ball, with the majority of the game being played in the Crawley half.

Not the quickest of tempo from us at the moment either

Leaburn blocks his man by the LH touchline and concedes a free kick, slightly harshly given what else has been let go.

Leaburn already looks knackered, have we bunged his dad on?

Crawley comes forward but Mitchell puts it out for a throw on the LHS.

Been really good so far. This is the type of player my Luton supporting mate described to me when we signed him
  • Ooh! Is that a new tactic?

Gillespiephey plays a long diagonal ball upfield ...

Wollacott has to make a bit of a lst ditch hoof there, not sure who from.
  • Better high press from Charlton again, forcing Wollacott to go long and conceding the throw in our favour - Much better!!

Leaburn gets a shot off, but it's a tame effort.

Keep putting pressure on Wollacot and we'll get something. He's not looking that comfortable.
  • Leaburn seems to hate passing
  • We’re pressing high again. Work rate is good
