Apart from the cross that led to our second goal against Bolton he has contributed zero. He is no longer a cheat code or impact sub and has little impact when he plays
Sadly I think time needs to be called and we cut our losses8 -

Can't wait for the end of the season so we can finally get rid of him once and for all, knowing our useless manager and owners they will prob extend his contract ffs.1
-
Yeah I never said he’s prolific. But his contribution isn’t zero is it?8

In a way I agree, we need to move on from Aneke and his salary.
But.. without him in the last 2 years we would be in L2 already and quite possibly in the relegation spots this season.
He may not be the player he was but the correlation between us picking up points and him playing cannot be denied and cannot be pure coincidence.8 -

I find the whole thing a pathetic example of how piss poor we've been run as a club over the last few years.
I just want him gone. Overpaid, his little cameos have become farcical, each manager that we've had in, showing no sign of fresh thinking by over relying on him coming on for the last 20, like some sort tired old cabaret act that has a residency in a crap nightclub, the performances have got less effective each time we've seen him.
The most embarrassing thing out of all of this is that he was branded a 'cheat code'. The only people that have been cheated are us for having had to put up with this nonsense for 3 years by the time his contract is up17 -

A definite Championship player though and a terrible shame regards his injuries and fitness. You're not his agent btw?

He is without doubt a game changer..just his presence on the pitch. But yeah don’t renew the contract0

Paid up in Jan and released

Feel for the bloke and is my favourite player during the odd cameo but as has been said his appearance as a supposed squad member is symptomatic of how poorly managed our player strategy is and has been for years.
His availability is so scarce he shouldn't be factored in as a player when looking at a squad build because time after time he's unavailable.
Need quality and reliability.6 -

I had my son in fits of laughter the other day (before Tuesday night) as we were discussing the whereabouts of Chuks & I said perhaps his "injury" was simply that he was allergic to grass like Edgar Davids.1

Think he’s quite happy to take the money.Never hear that he’s working hard, seeking specialist advice.Always looked disinterested, probably a difficult player to play against, but even when “fit “ he is only 20mins from next problem.5yrs time most of us will struggle with his name when a photo appears.5
-
It sounds like he is back in training after 9 weeks out.
Get ready for 15 minutes of attacking play and some attempts on/off target! Our entertainment factor is about to increase, although we might drop to second in the league at pressing the opposition.2 -
If he comes back we will win a few (would have had a better chance winning today with him coming off the bench). We have not progressed in 3 years and really only get out of our relegation form when he is about.4
-
Even if he doesn't score, he creates chances for other players, directly from assists, or simply because of the fear he puts into defenders.1

Hope he doesn’t put too much pressure on his front foot, will be injured again!0
