Added time

Been trying to remember when it first came in that the officials would announce how much added time there was, mind tells me it was early nineties, can anyone remember?

Mad that it used to be just guess work as to how much time they would play.

    Even more mad that we were not allowed to see it ticking over on a stadium clock.

    There are still plenty of leagues around the world where it isn’t announced or displayed and it is just guesswork.

    i get the feeling it came in around the same time as the premier league started as that’s when they started showing the clock on the screen.
