    Well, I take it all back. Some actual penetrating football and a genuinely good goal from TC. Lovely stuff. 

    I would have expected them to be on the opposite sides, but TC and Small on the wings either side of Leaburn is something I’ve wanted to see for a while (as have others). Seems to be working so far and is definitely giving us some options in the final third. Good runs from midfield too.

    It’s a bit of both. IMO the biggest thing that’s changed is that we actually have players running beyond Northampton’s defensive line…

    Generally passing it, we just had a very nice short passing exchange that ended in a foul.

    Gentle reminder for everyone that around this time last year we went 2-0 up in a December match with a Campbell scoring the second. We went on to draw 2-2 with 2 last minute goals so try to remain calm. On the plus side, both those goals were scored by Ahadme so as long as we keep him on the bench we should be ok

    What formation are we even playing today?

    Small now over on the left flank linking up with TC, who is playing as a Striker yet like we saw when he terrorised Shrewsbury, he's being allowed to drift out wide.

    Brown making a good point that Northampton started brightly but now we’re playing well and scored twice, we’re seeing the team that’s low on confidence.

    Northampton comms has ex referee Walton on, very odd to hear him analysing actual football and not just agreeing with ever refereeing decision ever
