I'm surprised he even knows where Charlton is.

And according to Jonathan Pearce, Richard Murray is our "Deputy Chairman". Huh?

(And I'm pretty sure we've never sung Super Alan Curbishley either)

Last time I checked Murray was chairman of the plc board, but deputy chairman of the football company (club) board.

Let's hope they don't get the chance to say it next year, eh?

Oh of course. But it's a fairly academic distinction isn't it?

Back to the topic at hand, I was disappointed that we didn't have a rousing rendition of "We hate cockneys" today, just to confuse the media.
  • I also noticed that as Lineker was introducing the "East London derby", a comedian at the BBC put the Charlton and Spurs badges up on the screen behind him..

And what was the Tottenham badge about?

They are the other East London club!

We didn't play WH at all today, it's all been a dream!
