Trouble opening threads

MOD NOTE - This thread was originally opened as "What have I stumbled into? (When trying to open the Referee for Saturday thread)" by ForeverAddickted. It's identified an ongoing issue that we have with certain threads where everyone, including the mods are unable to open them, and instead see the image below. We're trying to identify the cause of the underlying problem but have found a way to make the individual threads accessible again, so we'd like you to use this thread to report affected threads until we can get a site wide fix in place. Please put the name of the thread and the category it's in, as that'll make it quicker for us to find them and apply the fix. We'll let you know once we have more details.
