Actually looking forward to watching Charlton games again ! Enthusiasm well & truly rekindled. So although that usually means a kick in the teeth & a loss I’m going for another win. Not sure what score but wouldn’t be surprised if we bang in at least 3 tonight. Sod it. That’s done it now !1

Last time we beat them, Ricardo Fuller tore his hamstring.
I also recall Marcus Maddison getting an undeserved winner for them late on at The Valley a few years back.0 -

An earlyish goal will help tonight. I imagine Posh will park the bus and we can, sometimes, struggle a bit to break down teams that do that (e.g. Shrewsbury). If we can get a breakthrough early, it'll help open up space as they have to attack a bit more and may sap their confidence which will hopefully make for a more comfortable evening.
3-0 Doc, TC, Leaburn.3 -
This is normally the type of game that we slip up on but I really get the feeling crazy NJ and his band of merry men won’t allow that tonight.
3-0 comfortable 3 points2 -

I’m in the middle of the Caribbean Sea and have had to splash out a lot of money to buy WIFI via satellite in order to stream the match. I just hope the team put on a display similar to Saturday and bag the 3 points. And the satellite wifi works!!!

Saturday wasn't a taxing game, we were in cruise control in the second half, so the players won't be tired. Hopefully we can use our bench if we have a comfortable lead2

Guess the lads who came on loan to us didn't have a first team commitment built in. But hey, if it works it works!0

There just standing ins for Gillesphey and Berry. I hope Gilbert gets more than just keep the ball in the corner duty (if we are winning).

* McIntyre is the replacement for Potts and Gilbert is Campbells replacement.
I was referring to the starting 11 though (McIntyre filling in for Gillesphey) not the full squad.
The fact they are not in the starting 11 (to which I thought he would of introduced at least one of them by now) shows they were signed to be in the squad and not necessarily signed to start.1 -
I thought Gilbert and McIntyre were artists? 🤓0

That bloody pitch isn't getting any better is it!0

Just want to point out that Anderson wasn’t in the squad on Saturday as he recently lost his grandmother and was given time to go and attend her funeral. Glad he’s back now and hope he’s in a good enough headspace and can contribute when he’s back on the pitch.3
