I didn’t think that was a penalty for Everton, Young went down way too dramatically
  • Add it to the consistency list.
For once I wont argue with you, thats a shocking decision

You see de Ligt (?) with his arm round his waist from the side angle

Doesn't matter how he goes down. The rule is that he was impeded by the defender pulling his shirt, clear penalty.

Fair enough, but I didn’t think there was that much contact.

Was the ref seeing the same pictures we saw? He seemed to make the decision before we saw the angle that really showed the shirt pull?

The ref was told to look at Maguire's left arm, completely ignoring the shirt pulls. VAR official needs a suspension for that.

Haven't seen it but would just like to say it was absolutely definitely not a red card and Arsenal have, once again, been on the wrong side of dubious refereeing decisions. Nobody suffers at the hands of referees like Arsenal do. It's a travesty.

I think it was a red personally, can see why it was given as he was last man and there's a clear opportunity ahead for the attacker.

He also goes through the back of the man double footed. Only seen one angle but looks the clearest red you can get

Would rather people focus on the atrocious Everton decision instead.

Can someone explain why that Aston Villa VAR decision took so long? One of the clearest onsides I’ve ever seen.

3 defeats in the last 4 for Chelsea. Luckily for them their next 2 opponents are Southampton and Leicester.
  • Can't see where Southampton's next point is coming from.  Could do worse than Derby's 11 points.

At his own players. But I guess that doesn't feed the narrative.

""I'm really, really annoyed with the things that are in our hands – which is the performance and the result.

"[We were] nowhere near the levels that we have to hit to have the opportunity to win a Premier league. I'm very much responsible for that, so I'm very, very angry.""

    LOL. What "narrative"?

All he said was that Arteta is very angry, which you have confirmed.

    Odd.

Still incredible they didn't sign anyone in January. When you look at some of the players who moved, Duran, Kvaratshkelia, Rashford, Asensio, Marmoush, it's madness they didn't go for any of them.

Instead they made an insulting way below valuation bid for Watkins which was never going to be accepted and that was the sum total of their January business.

Did the second one move to a club in Rio?

    Funny: Arsenal losing at home
Not Funny: Liverpool can't fail to win the title now.
