Whoever you support I can guarantee you a top 5 pick in the 2026 draft 🤣

    Tanking for Manning....

in other news, is Burrows still complaining why Bungles cannot pay his supporting cast whilst he  rakes in his money ?
  • Put me down for the Cardinals, long suffering fan here. Hopefully I'll get out there again this season to see them.

He has every right to complain, we have the space we can save loads of money cutting the deadweight. Rankins, Stone, Hubbard, Moss & Pratt over 40mill there plus the 45ish we have in cap space.

We have the best player in the NFL keep him happy & for gods sake keep him in Cincy
  • Best player in the NFL ha ha.
  • How do you all feel about free agency, hope it’s going better than us!

  • We've made a bit of a splash so far, but still lacking that elusive WR1 (and a WR2 tbh)

We missed out on Godwin, have an outside chance at Kupp, but I'm hoping Hunter drops to 4th on the board, or we'll have to reach in the draft for a decent Wideout.

If the new look defence can stay healthy that alone should help us win a couple more games, going 4-13 in consecutive seasons is very un-Patriotlike
  • Pick 1: Cam Ward to the Titans

Pick 2: Travis Hunter to the Jags, who traded up.

I'll say it publicly - this is scaring me, I'll be real. Gladstone is staking his bollocks on this move and I hope to god it works but I am not feeling a million percent about this.

  • Fascinated to see what happens with Hunter. Will he actually get to play both cornerback and wide receiver? And if he can’t will he kick off big time?

  • Gutted it started at 01:00 rather 12:00
saw first two picks but could stay awake to see Raiders at 6

Just glad I didn't wake up to find we have drafted someone that was a third rounder on every other teams board.

More than happy with Jeanty at 6 - hopefully we boost the OL in rest of draft to give him some support.

almost like having Tom Brady as part owner and Pete Carroll as HC is bringing some kind of sensibility to the franchise

    Going 17-0 baby !!!

@PaddyP17 - I like the move up by you guys and wouldn't be surprised to see you win the division
Good core of a serviceable QB, stud WR in BJT, decent RB in ETN and now the unicorn that is Hunter.

  • Falcons. Why?
  • Liking the Packers' pick.
  • Dart to the Giants feels like the biggest reach , I assume the plan there is that they sit him behind Russ for a year, however if this season goes horribly and Daboll and Schoen are both fired it's a bit of a tricky situation.

Do you remember when Sanders was so convinced he was going at 1 to the Giants he wore custom Giants cleats in college games?

    Ouch

Not only did they not take him at 2, they also passed up on him at 25 when they traded, and picked a different QB instead.

    Double Ouch!

I do wonder where he's actually going to end up , don't think it's a given he goes top of the second to Cleveland. Seems like all the buzz around there being some major character issues with Sanders was legit.

I can see teams not wanting any part of the Sanders circus. Even last night, Deion is on Twitter moaning mid-draft.

Plus, Shedeur just isn’t that good. He’s not remotely mobile, spins and walks into sacks and throws a wobbly ball.

  • Second round completed - still no takers for Sanders
  • And he falls through round 3 too. How bad were those interviews 😬

Not good interviews reading some reporting on The Athletic. I didn’t think he was a first rounder (thought Ward and Dart were better). Wobbly short and intermediate passes (weirdly better as a deep passer), he’s not remotely mobile, no rushing threat, walks into sacks.

That said, there’s no way, on ability alone, he should have fallen out of the second round.

I can see why teams have avoided him. Is a sub-par QB really worth the Deion circus and questions every week on whether he’s going to be the starter and Deion kicking off on Twitter etc if he’s not starting or criticising the coach and his teammates?

Of the other QBs I quite like that Browns Dillon Gabriel pick.
  • Must be concerns about the fact he has basically only been coached by Deion too. Can easily see a world where he ignores his head coach to do what his dad say

Yeh, analysts on NFL Network touched on that too.

  • This is all set up for the Cowboys to take him later on…
  • This is all set up for the Cowboys to take him later on…
    I could see it
  • I thought Cowboys were going to take him in second.

Maybe Jerry doesn’t want to lose being the most talked about in the organisation
  • I'm really hoping the Pats taking 2 OLs a RB and a WR so far means we're really happy with the defence we've assembled

Probably more about trying to give Maye every chance to succeed this year and stop him getting beaten up every week again.
