Pratley was brilliant for them and his game management and craftiness is unreal, fair play to him and he gave us a clap after that , full respect to him
Not much to add, it’s all been said here, but what an amazing feeling winning an important game in that manner. Still delirious.
I did spot Pratley though when he and his teammates were walking towards & clapping their fans behind the goal to our left. He gave a few glances over, smiling, and definitely giving us a few of those claps. If only it hadn’t been Watson with a year left on his contract that meant we lost him. Imagine the positive effect he’d have had on our youngsters over the last few years. Will always have a lot of time for him.

I just wish that our players wouldn't goad the home fans. I find it unclassy and unnecessary.
It’s an odd one this, because generally I don’t think we do goad the oppo fans that much. Maybe a bit, but it’s not something I’ve noticed when watching on tv. Happy to be corrected by those who go to games, but that’s my impression.
Makes me wonder if there was a particularly nasty element in the Orient crowd yesterday? It’d surprise me because I’ve always felt Os fans were alright. I know NJ mentioned getting dogs abuse, but he was in a totally different part of the ground from where our players went to do their shithousing.
As an aside, what was Thierry trying to do when he sat down with his back to them? Ref pretty much immediately told him to pack it in, but was he making a bit of a point?

The barrier blocking off the dugout from the stands was practically aligned with the end of the technical area and where Jones was stood a lot of the game, so the fans could stand about a metre away from him. When Orient scored a flurry of them came over and were giving him all kinds of abuse right in his face, which he ignored. They were back again at FT to give him a bit more. When we scored the second a couple of our bench directed their celebrations back at the orient fans which I can understand given what they'd been doing

If Connor can avoid a yellow tomorrow as we need him on Saturday against Stockport. If he gets booked then he will miss Crawley and Wigan. Even better if he avoids a yellow card for the rest of the season

Yeah, I wouldn’t massively disagree with any of that. Still think he’ll be an important player for us and potentially could become a starter over the next few weeks, fitness allowing. Of course he wouldn’t have to play 90 minutes, he could always be subbed at 60, in the same way as Berry sometimes is.
Also, we mustn’t get complacent; we actually didn’t play terribly well at Orient, especially from 45-65 minutes, and shouldn’t let the result lull us into a false sense of security.

Three times, once in the FA Cup, and twice in the League Cup... all this season, with all three games against Championship level opposition
It's been so difficult for me, I'm laid up in a hospital bed in the centre of Leicester. I'm in absolute agony and hoping for an operation to relieve the pain. Then I'm told, Sat morning, that op will be in the afternoon! I was gutted. Anyway 2pm came and went as did 2.30. So I tuned in to listen on Charlton Live. 3 pm I'm told op is postponed for today, try again tomorrow. I was ecstatic! I listened to whole game and went wild when we won it, lying in agony with 'tears' in my eyes due to winning at the final whistle was more than I could take. My op took place Sunday morning and I ,sadly, can't walk. I'll keep fighting but need CL to fight with me!! Live, Love, Laugh and Be Happy xxxx Coyr's
