I'm following Charlton Athletic Holdings Limited and had an email about a Confirmation Statement made on 19th Feb. All corporate jargon I don't understand the significance.

    “Every company, including dormant and non-trading companies, must file a confirmation statement at least once every year. It confirms the information we hold about the company is up to date. Companies must file a confirmation statement even if there have not been any changes during the review period.”
