Although it is not a national holiday in Lithuania the Vilnia river is dyed green every year on Saint Patrick's Day in the capital Vilnius.
    Such a shame.

May your glass be ever full. May the roof over your head be always strong. And may you be in heaven half an hour before the devil knows you're dead.

Which Feeney’s? Mark lane or Lloyds Avenue, been in the Marks lane one, the work lads don’t like it as it’s too much like a shopfront.

Happy St Patricks day to all that celebrate.  I celebrated yesterday so that's enough of that for this year!

From researching my family history I found out I’m 1/16th Irish which must be more than enough to celebrate St Patrick’s Day and claim I’m Irish.

My great great grandmother was born in England but her parents and older siblings moved from County Cork to Mitcham in the mid 1850s.
