Good luck to all of you that are going, hope you will see a great game. Unfortunately I’m laying here feeling sorry for myself with my foot above my heart after a foot and ankle operation, annoyed that I can’t go today. Hoping for a win, and hoping I will able to resume going to Valley in a couple of weeks time.
    Wishing you a speedy recovery.

Try not to “kick every ball” whilst listening to the game, and I hope you are up and around soon.

Gutted not to be able to watch this as at a wedding. Hopefully we get an early goal and they can’t recover. Think our physicality will ultimately be too much for Lincoln

I often find myself fretting about the sun in players eyes playing a random part in things.

  • You never quite know which Lincoln will turn up - the side that has scored four goals or more in a game seven times this season or the one that sets up to avoid defeat. They have been tactically inconsistent with constant rotation of personnel; at their best, they are great to watch; at worst, tedious. They play on the counter - very happy to allow the opposition to have the ball (look at their possession stats) - and have scored more goals from set-pieces this season in L1 than any other side. A blend of vast experience (James Collins, Sam Clucas, Tendayi Darikwa) and early twenties (Sean Roughan, Jovon Makama, Erik Ring, Joe Gardner, George Wickens), but star player Ethan Erhahon has been out injured for two months. They are solid defensively, having conceded just three goals in their last six games (one of which was a penalty at Birmingham).

Charlton start as clear favourites, but eight home wins in a row has to end at some point. And will those end of season promotion jitters set in at all? Lincoln are capable of winning this, could be closer than some think.

We must be overdue a setback at home - like Wycombe had on Tuesday (30 shots, no goals), or a penalty decision against us, deflected goal against us, some kind of bad luck where we don't pick up all the points - but hopefully that setback isn't tomorrow.

Bookies odds of 4/5 feel about right.
Better today than in the play offs.

I think Cambridge away will be the one we struggle in, even if my reasoning is strongly biased by the ’Harris factor.’

Hope you are feeling better @JamesSeed. Starter my beta blockers about three weeks ago. Now been told by my consultant that my ticker is, in his words, knackered. Got to have a cardioversion to shock it back into rhythm then another drug in an attempt to get my left ventricle working more efficiently. The beta blockers have at least brought my HR down a bit.

Win or lose I still feel like I’ve run a marathon after each game.

Can’t be good for us this

12:30 games providing a bit of hungover entertainment in the AA household.  Looking good for us at the moment.  Neither of our rivals looking particularly threatening in the first half but looking a bit more dangerous as the games go on.

Our home run won't run forever, but today isn't the day it ends I think.

2-0 to the addicks, a Godden double.

Was going to say 3-1 Addicks but no TC has put a dampner on things. Ill go with 2-1 . Godden & Gillesphy. COYR

Anderson replaces Tyreece Campbell, who misses out with a minor calf injury

Win today, level with Wycombe, although they have game in hand and better GD, but when we beat them, it will be ok. Will also be 6 points behind Wrexham, but again, when we beat them it will equal up 👍😁

Feeling a bit deflated after this morning. Genuinely don't know how we're supposed to catch Wrexham if the ref is giving them decisions like some of the ones today
