  Someone took a bad fall on Woolwich New Road and bashed there head, hope they are all ok.

  That was Keith Wisdom who fell and hurt his head. Seemed okay when we stopped by, he was with the legend that is Kim Dixson getting patched up.

  Almost didn't take part this year but managed to shake off a cold i'd had for over two weeks just in time. Made a rookie mistake not doubling up in socks and got some blisters to show for it but all in all, a good day as always.

  The Upbeats were great today in the stadium, they were really going for it
