If TC is training already then that's great news as he will surely be ready for Saturday. If Jones is only running but isn't in full training then he'll be less likely to make it. I wouldn't risk him for Cambridge anyway, i think we can get by without him and bring him back for Northampton.

This is exactly why i don't think there is a need to rush Jones back for Cambridge.
I'd rather he was 100% for the run in, than we play him at 80% even though at 80% he is arguably still our best centre back.
I imagine Jones will be keen to play at Cambridge, his previous team, so the medical team will need to be very assertive if they don't think he's ready.

Agreed, perhaps have for all use of the substitutes and ensure players get rested.
