Clobbered the guy as he tried to run past him. That might be his third red for us, which is insane. Might be his last act as a Charlton player which would be a shame.4

@Dazzler21 do you think there is good grounds to appeal? Prior to the camera moving away, I thought it was 6 of one and half a dozen of the other and a yellow for each0

Surely an appeal has no jeopardy?1

Stupid for him to get involved but I was surprised he was brought on in the first place. Surely an opportunity to give Mbick some minutes?6

Whether right or wrong why was he getting involved at all and on that part of the pitch1

Can't embed the clip, but if that gets appealed it gets overturned based on Aaron Nash's Sky angle on twitter2

Maybe I'm watching a different video?
The ball is miles away.
Aneke is blocking his run.
As the WW player goes past Aneke whacks his shoulder into the WW players face.
The ref was watching with a clear view.
Aneke is an idiot for even being there, let alone doing what he did.
He then went down like a sack of spuds holding his face. I've seen him do that at The Valley when there has been no contact. It's embarrassing.

The ref was looking in the other direction from where I see it 🤔6

Looked to me like a definite booking but that a red seemed harsh. The authorities, quite rightly, never like going against refs. There's no way this is getting turned over. More chance of us getting penalised for making a 'frivolous appeal'.4

Out of contract and I can’t seriously imagine a queue of clubs looking at him given his injury record. Having said that he still offers quite a lot in league one when you can get him on the pitch. I wonder if we’ll be looking to offer him something should we still find ourselves in league one next season which is probably still favourite. Reduced wages with appearance bonuses or something could surely be worked out ? If by chance he finds a better offer then good luck to him. I doubt he’ll find a club like ours that’s willing to accept his contributions for what they are.0

The problem was Wycombe players going down looking for fouls all game. Just a bunch of cheating inbreeds. The useless ref eventually fell for it.11
-
Red looks harsh but Chuks is still a twat for giving the ref a decision to make.19

No way that red will get turned over.4

I get the feeling that it is more about do we want to keep him or not. Not what we thought of the challenge.
If we want to keep him (appeal) if we don't (let it stand).
Would be a shame if his Charlton career ends like that.0 -
It isn’t a red but also doesn’t feel clear enough for it to be overturned sadly5
-
The little fella just ran head first into a brick wall. Not a red.9
-
The handbags prior to the incident really aren't going to work in his favour.
Still think he chivved him.0 -
Sky showed a better angle than the one in that Twitter video that was straight on and you can see Chuks lean his shoulder forward into the bloke as he runs into him. It's definitely deliberate provocation from the Wycombe player but it worked because Chuks was very provoked and clattered him0
