Couldn't give a toss about Wrexham. I am so glad to be of an age where all this Deadpan and Dismal stuff just passes me by; jeez imagine actually caring about all that comic book nonsense or who their owners might be or how much they've spent. They are just another team, like all the rest. And as we are the form team, they are just another team who aren't currently as good as us. Bring 'em on this Saturday and let's see what happens. If we can't go up automatically, I'd like Leyton Orient at Wembley. That's nothing to do with who we can or can't beat though, we can beat them all. That's because Orient are my mum's team.
There are probably some real down to earth, proper Wrexham fans that are embarrassed by it all. Social media is full of Jonny come lately yank bandwagon fans, with zero concept of how it all works. If that was us it would drive me mad.
I think Nathan's comments are being blown out of proportion a bit... I don't think he sees Wrexham as a joke club, in that sense of circus
Its just everything that comes with them, the owners, the media frenzy almost... its a distraction really.
I bet if Wrexham were on course for their third promotion in three sesaons, with Billy Bob Smith from Texas as their owner, less of a shit would be given.
Cannot wait, as I can’t for the Burton game. This is not about Wrexham nor Burton, it is about us and the fact that we have a proper team committed to the objective of getting out of this league. Thunderous tackles, diving defensive headers, chasing players down like they possess four lungs - our team is something to be really proud of right now and one which will do its best to land 88 points and pile on the pressure for Wrexham, Wycombe and Stockport.
I genuinely believe if we fall short of autos, we will regroup and turn over the other play off contenders. We are in a great place right now and the club’s passion top to bottom has returned! Love it and long may it continue!!

Just look at how little coverage Stockport get
I just tried Googling 'League One Players'. It's like Charlton and Stockport don't exist. One Stockport player (on the eighth row of six). No Charlton Players but a couple of old boys, one still wearing our shirt.
The more this match gets hyped up the better for us if the Charlton team that won on Monday at Wycombe turns up and sets about their gameplan. Charlton have just got to do a job we’ve consistently been doing since December. Wrexham have got to live with the increasing hype and fear of failure, deal with an in form Charlton team and suffer Nathan bouncing up and down the touchline.
What I will say for Wrexham is that you have to give Parkinson a lot of credit as they shouldn't be where they are in the league with the players they have.
As far as I’m concerned, all the pressure & expectation is on them. In lots of respects we are the underdogs & we all know what happens when the mighty Reds are in that situation. Even if we don’t win, just don’t lose so we keep the momentum going & let’s be honest, winning the playoffs is more spectacular than winning promotion straight off . ( apart from if the circus get promoted of course) Our history shows we are play off specialists & I’m not in any hurry to experience the gut wrenching feeling Sunderland fans must have felt twice when up against us but this team doesn’t know when it’s beaten & I’m quietly confident that we can finish the job either way.

I read on X that the Wrexham fans are planning a Liverpool style welcome for the Charlton team bus on Saturday. Different ….

If they go up, they'll be the third team he's got promoted into Championship, a 6th promotion in all and 3rd consecutive. Not bad.
I don't know where they should be, only where they are, and the table doesn't lie.

They do have a few players who are definitely playing above themselves, but it's also worth noting they bought Smith from Reading for 2m and reportedly pay Jay Rodriguez 10k a week. McClean and Fletcher are probably on decent money too.

Smith and maybe Cleworth the CB are the only players from their normal starting XI I'd actually want. Rest of it is pretty run of the mill.

I did the same and none of ours were in first 50 players. However, Alfie May has moved to Doncaster since your search....
So scared they've even lost the ability to spell the word April.
Also, who meets at 4:10? Oddly specific. Why not 4, or 4:15?
20 minute walk according to Google with a macdonalds half way so allowing 30 minutes for the marchers to all queue up and get a Happy Meal they should be at turnstiles by 30 minutes to kick off.

On 26th April
We won the FA Cup
And now you’re gonna believe us
The reds are going up

Might as well come out and attack like we did against Wycombe... We cant finish second by sitting back and protecting what we've got.
