If we didn't have such a relatively large ground, it would feel like an initiative test to weed out the old 'legacy supporters' ! The Premier League sharks should watch and learn, given the attempts of several clubs to shed longstanding season ticket holders and flog their seats to football tourists.
Most of the information posted pre-sale was helpful but, as others have said, the principal problem was not highlighting the link, which is really noddy level IT stuff. We create links and pop up messages for our local film club, so CAFC shouldn't find it that difficult - it's hardly rocket science.
Also difficult trying to buy a senior ticket for a friend of mine but it will all get sorted in the end.

@Greenhithe you’re not doing it right mate. Covered End isn’t sold out, if you had a ST then that seat is reserved for you until 11am Tuesday.
There’s loads of advice on how to do it properly earlier on this thread but If you can’t work out it out then phone the club line from 11am.
You can still book your own seat up to 11am tomorrow
Cheers mate. Got there in the end after about 5 failed attempts, calls to the club and ticket office, and finally I rang one of the youth and it was easy.
Why doesn’t the club explain how to do it. It’s a joke.
All I had to do was click on my details and fan ID then (after enlarging it as I couldn’t see it), click on the word HERE twice in a small bit of writing g underneath my seat info, then crack on.
Well I’ve never heard a voicemail msg saying “Sorry your call can’t be completed at present,please try again later” …are they manning the phones at all,surely it would say “ your in a queue please hold”…???
Went through the queue fine, try to log in and get this error
Try your fan ID rather than your email...... mine doesn't like my email either but the ID works OK...... same password as my email login when for CTV etc...... good luck
Day two of chaos my son has been trying to buy this season ticket seat online, guess what no luck, I've tried to phone ticket office since 11am as per CAFC instructions now four times when you get through after pressing 1 twice as commanded following "I'm sorry you call can't be completed at present" amazing after yesterday not being able to buy my season ticket seat I think we need Nathan to re-direct his Wrexham 'Circus" comment to ticket office and give the head clown a Nathan rocketing.......is it really that difficult to code a ticketing system to buy ones own season ticket seat? or to have a phone line with a queue system & have staff at Valley to deal with ticket sales? Is it?
