Try your fan ID rather than your email...... mine doesn't like my email either but the ID works OK...... same password as my email login when for CTV etc...... good luck
Well I’ve never heard a voicemail msg saying “Sorry your call can’t be completed at present,please try again later” …are they manning the phones at all,surely it would say “ your in a queue please hold”…???
Depends how many in the queue - I believe (could be wrong) that most telephone queuing systems have a finite number they will hold at any one time.
I had the same problems as others on my laptop, but managed to get some through my phone via the app. The problem seems to be the system doesn't like you not being signed into your account before selecting tickets - it signs you in automatically via the app but wont let you sign in via browser. Complete joke.

Oh no thought that might do the trick. I'm guessing you're trying the phone too but sticking with online I'd stay with the fan ID and try clearing your history/cache and maybe reset your password...... fingers crossed for you....
Anybody who thinks today’s ticket buying process is a shambles clearly wasn’t there queuing up for tickets for the first of the two play off finals against Sunderland when he had to gradually snake our way back and forth for about 5 hours or so in the blazing sunshine.

Echoing messages above..... I'm getting through on Safari........ and have just tried again to see....... 4 minute wait...... still quite a lot of tix left in East & West up the Jimmy Seed end...... but others saying Chrome not working!?

Even browsing the site is fucked. Click on a block, seat map doesn’t load, use choose for me and it just hangs.
Can’t be fucked with it any longer. Guess it’s Charlton TV for me.
