Appreciate it’s been a ball ache for many, but my experience purchasing tickets was seamless.

Signed into the site at 9:30am this morning, joined the queue at 10:35am and had the two tickets I required by 11:15am.

I was on mobile / safari and my queue place was held despite being a passenger in a car that was dropping in and out of signal.

Blocks A & B in the East stand still have plenty of seats left.
Same for H & R in the West!

Now reset password 3 times, once in Chrome, once in Edge and once in Firefox. Every time I have subsequently tried to log in I just get "an error ocurred, try again later" Ridiculous.

Delighted for you mate. I give up. Didn't know you had to be a Mac user to support Charlton. Complete shambles.

Feels like the greatest achievement of my adult life, perseverance and patience has paid off.  Imagine what the final will be like if we make it.

I've now got 2 16-20 tickets that I can't use in my basket and can't dump them!

Blimey just taken a look at the seat map. Expecting some release of ST seats tomorrow at 11am but remarkable how quickly these have sold. We are back

I got in straight away yesterday lunchtime, with no queue so surprised why others have had to queue for so long

I've got plenty of that. Would've been helpful if they could've made it clear that chrome wasn't going to work after queuing for half hour!

Now when I try to download the tickets to my Google wallet, it says pass not yet generated. Cursed.

Clearly a lot of frustrated fans & due to the problems they are encountering, many ST holders (including a mate) are panicking & buying up non ST seats thinking their normal seat has been sold because it's greyed out. This despite the fact that the club stated they would be held until 11.00am tomorrow, which is the actual reason they are greyed out.

In fairness to the club, my experience was so straightforward. I only bought a 2025/2026 ST on Saturday night. Got an email from the club Sunday saying as ST holder I could now buy a play off ticket. Clicked on the link in the email & was able to select my ST seat in the Curbs stand & add another ticket for my son, just as for a normal game (no need to click on the mysterious "here"). Chose add to my google wallet option & tickets arrived almost immediately.

It's not the queue so much. It's the shit show at the end of it that's the problem

I bought yesterday morning and had that initially. Tickets were then there later that day

I still haven’t had an email to confirm tickets bought yesterday, but I can see them in my account.
I cannot pass to wallet or send them on.
I am not going to phone or email the Club or try downloading again so the system is less loaded for those still trying to buy.
Plenty of time to iron out issues before the game. Just thankful I have tickets.

An error has occurred, please try again later...

Anybody able to find a workaround for this error? I've tried different devices and browsers with no luck.

How many tickets are each season ticket holder allowed to buy. I would assume one each. But listening to folks here saying Covered end full which i think it isnt assumes you are allowed to buy more than one.

4 yesterday plus 2 today, everyone else can get 6 today. Covered End thing is a bit misleading as plenty couldn't get their ST seat yesterday so those will be available tomorrow. You'll need to be quick though

Mate just got ours using safari. Useless on Chrome - why can't they tell you this up front instead of pissing you about

Yesterday I reported that out of the three season ticket seats in the AC stand that I renewed for family members, only two were available to me for the Wycombe game so I got those two. The third seat is my oldest son’s who has his own login. He logged in yesterday, having changed passwords, but found his ticket was greyed out. He wasn’t offered the option whereby his seat was held for him. He tried again just now with the same outcome. We tried calling the ticket office three times but despite it being within the opening time advertised, our call was terminated (“unavailable”). So my son has now done what so many others have done and bought a seat online and it’s a block away from us.
I don’t believe we could have done anything different to get our three tickets together, so I fully understand why so many fans have had to do what we have.
