The terrible thing is, when he went for the strike at goal to make it 4-2 but hit the post, an older, wiser head would’ve taken the ball into the corner and eaten up a couple more minutes instead. As it happens, the ball went straight up the other end, Inter scored and were back in it. After going for glory, he may have cost Barca the game. The real shame of this outcome is that it reinforces that, if you want to win, your players have to kill the game rather than light it up.

Yeah I can’t disagree with that. Trouble is the kid is only just out of nappies. At 17 he still has a lot to learn. I didn’t think he had any defensive nous at all. TC is a better defender than Yamal!
Best 2nd leg of a semi-final in the CL by a country mile for all round entertainment... Not sure it was my favourite ever though... Lucas Moura might have something to do with that...
Anyhow, I honestly think Arsenal beat PSG tonight. Partey is back, so Rice will revert to his usual no.8 role. If they can somehow dominate midfield this time round, they'll create chances. Its just a matter of whether they can be clinical enough. They'll be up for it tonight.

I can see it going all the way to pens, think it's 1-0 in normal time to Arsenal. They've been sleep defensively last couple games but think they get it right tonight and nick a goal

Remind me about Messi's defensive abilities?
Or Mo Salah who said last week that he spoke to Slot earlier in the season that he would score plenty of goals and assists as long as he doesn't have to expand too much energy chasing back and defending, other than corners or set pieces.
I didn't see the match last night but it sounds similar to the 1st leg which was an excellent spectacle and the kid Yamal is another Luke Littler 😀

Barca have Messi for 17 years. He goes and they immediately find the next Messi!
