any tips on parking as i will driving up from Wokingham on Saturday
Full account first please @Reading Addick as to why a train from Wokingham isn't good enough for you
    ;)

Have you ever tried to get anywhere from Wokingham railway station?  Well connected but dog slow.  Worse than bus from Larkfield

Despite being a charlton fan since 1966, I'm sorry to say that I know next to nothing about trains. Yeah, shocking ain't it.

We will be staying near folkestone Friday night and driving closer to catch a train. We're thinking maybe Dartford or Slade Green.

I'd be grateful for suggestions which station would be best for parking and service please.
TellyTubby, if you do travel by train please get the engine numbers and post on here...

    Enjoy the match dude.
I'll do my best my friend.
I'm sorry, but due to the excitement of seeing my first train for a few years, I dropped my pencil on the tracks, before being able to note it.

Hope you weren't collected up the rear, by the down train, whilst stooping to pick it up?!
