BEAT THE BOOKIE 2024/25 - Final Week 34 results and season stats.

Thank for taking part in what is the ninth and my last season running this competition.
Hopefully someone will takeover with something similar next year.

Final week and season stats are as follows.

7 out of 64 lifers got a return in the final week 34.
@charente addick is the weekly winner with wins for Leicester (2.25), Coventry (2.10) and Charlton (1.83) netting £86.47
@norwayaddick has returns in the last 3 weeks.
@Bedsaddick wins the competition overall and also had the highest single return.
Collectively we’d be £6,542 down for the season if laid with a real bookie.
12 out of 82 lifers would be in profit over the season if laid with a real bookie.
@JamesSeed and @Redmidland have most returns (12).
@CL_Phantom had most weekly wins (3).
@Nicholas and @Addick Addict had most treble figure returns (3).
Yours truly and @SaySomething hang our heads with 0 returns from all 34 weeks.

Well done, Beds, a spectacular win.

Thanks loads PBS for running this competition year after year. It's very much appreciated andd part of my religiously observed weekly routine. I'm rubbish at it, but always enjoy it.

I hope you're also £600-odd better off yourself, @Bedsaddick, but congratulations on winning so convincingly.

Thanks, @paulbaconsarnie, for running such a good competition. I think Rose Tinted Roger needs a new pair of specs.

I wish i had backed my bets but sadly i didn't. Thank's to @paulbaconsarnie for running it. I'll pick my trophy up on the pitch at the Wycombe game if that's alright.? ;-)

Thanks PBS for your work over the last decade.
It's show what everyone should know that other than the few, the biggest winners are always the bookmakers but this was enjoyable with the virtual tenner.

Yeah, it certainly taught me to stop betting accas on the result markets and I have for the last few years been concentrating on stats betting.

Utterly pathetic performance for me this season - good job I didn't do any of these bets for real! Thanks for all the good work @paulbaconsarnie
