OAP….sounds like a lot of our fan base
  • Maybe their whole operation is a drugs front?
  • Quick question. I couldn’t attend the 4-0 game (despite having tickets) as we’d had a death in the family, will it a stand where you want? Or do you have to be by your allocated seat?

They tried to check entry by the correct block/staircase, but no "enforcement" other than that

As with every away game, it’ll be stand where you want. The stewards made an attempt at enforcing in some areas but soon gave up
  • Just been on cafc and there's tickets available for away leg. Standard tickets too

Went back on there after posting this and says sold out again, so I'm guessing it was just the odd ticket. Worth checking every so often

If they don't arrive by noon tomorrow i suggest emailing or telephoning the ticket office as they can arrange collection at Wycombe, the ticket office could be extremely busy tomorrow if/when the remaining home play-off tickets go on general sale.
  • Looking for 1x spare in case of a miracle !

    Thank you, will do

They were quite casual for the league game as far as block/row/seat and standing was concerned.  Fairly normal away behaviour.  Clamped down a bit on standing on steps and gangway which is fair enough for safety reasons

Colleague at work who follows Reading says he and his mates always go to nearby Marlow which has a Sports Bar, watch the earlier kick offs, and then go to and from Adam’s Park via taxi circa £20 each way can be pretty handy if you are in a group

If you don't mind paying £10 a pint in Marlow

The front rows are always emptier, as people tend to graduate to the back.
  • Regarding trains. Do you need to pre book tickets to high Wycombe or can you just use contactless to tap in and out?

    Contactless apparently (I stand corrected).

Hoping that's still the case as Mr F can't stand for too long...

We were very fortunate at the L1 match as our tickers were for the front row !

You can use Contactless to High Wycombe (but not Oyster).

Wycombe forum saying looks like they've only sold 2500 in the home ends for Sunday.
    I don't doubt you've read that, but I don't believe it's true.

Might as well release some more to Charlton if that’s the case, make a few bob and put it towards next season’s campaign
Sounds like common sense but they’d make more by being promoted and flogging Kone
Didn’t Luton offer them 6mil for him.
if Wycombe didn’t sell then they’re not skint.
in Jan they looked nailed on for 2nd so thought they’d rather have prolific striker for next season!
    Oops 😬
