Sunday will watch at home. I am off in a Saga cruise Thursday evening to Norway for 7 nights. WiFi apparently but I am not sure about how reliable it will be. Back the Thursday before the final so desperately hoping get to Wembley.
I think NowTv is now £14.99 for a day, unless you can find an offer.
£35 for a month isn't bad when you consider it'd cover all 12 EFL play off semis and 3 finals, plus the remaining PL games on Sky (and the SPL, Bundesliga, F1 etc)
What I’ve done, but I hope to be at Wembley for our penalty shoot out against Stockport.
I'll be in Mojácar for both legs and absolutely fuming about it. Never been less excited to go on holiday tomorrow! Lesson learned do not agree to a holiday in May even if you're 13th in the league at the time!
Hopefully the Irish bar will have it on, if not it’s a laptop job.
This bar below is owned by a Charlton family. Joe who posts on here but for the life of me I now can’t remember his user name on here? @AFKABartam will remind me! Anyway I’d go there!
Not arriving from the States until May 20 so the 1st two games on Paramount+ in the US and then Wembley!
As an aside, I’m selling my flat in Bromley so I’ll be over for 4 months. 1st time I’ve spent a summer in England for a long time so looking forward to it.
For the home leg, in Riga on a work trip which I scheduled myself to avoid clashing with the play-offs. Looked at the last 3 seasons - seemed to be 1st leg on Thursday and Friday the week after end of regular season, and then following Monday or Tuesday for 2nd leg. Confirmed meeting, booked flights, and a week later the Football League confirmed it would be 1st leg Saturday/Saturday and 2nd leg Wednesday or Thursday. Thanks very much Football League.
Had a brief glimmer of hope when I saw the 1st leg had been put back a day and thought the 2nd leg might be put back a day as well, but no such luck.
Got a ticket for Sunday, and in a sports bar in Riga for 2nd leg. The consolation prize is that, if I miss out on a great night at The Valley, at least that means I'll have a Wembley final to look forward to.
Myself & 2 mate's decided in late November, as we had no chance of making playoffs we'd go to the Lake District for a week. So I'll be watching both games from Somewhere in the Borrowdale valley- hopefully.
At my house with my son and grandson for the away leg and at The Valley, the home of football, for the home leg. All in the same block, them with two seats together and me on my own about 10 rows behind. COYR 🔴 ⚪️
