  • Tbh I don't like this, too many options. Might just wait till most are gone so it's out of my hands

Aka I can't buy 5 cause of my glory hunting family
  • Am I right in saying the Wembley ticket office isn’t open until Monday morning?

May I ask what you are trying to buy?

If its hospitality, look at the post by Pavoren007 on the Diamond Hospitality package thread.

They might be a bit busy with FA Cup Final, rather than our play offs.

How are there 700 ahead of me in the queue when only 134 people should be logging in now to buy tickets?

    Because people don't read instructions.
Surely only those with sufficient points, so the 134, should be currently able to access the buying option.

Yeah says restricted sale for me.
  • Famous last words but quite painless. Confirmation email comes first, tickets to follow

I'm assuming this will change once 3pm arrives assuming you meet the next phase criteria?

    Indeed
  • Question - can my son’s u11 season ticket purchase 4 tickets as well? Some of which will be adults

    Yes

  • The nonsense we had in the last sale, with having to type in dates of birth, that appears to be gone for all age groups.
  • I'm assuming you can buy more than 4 tickets when you assign them to people in your group? So there's 4 people in my "family" on the website but we need 6 tickets, I assign 3 of them to my family members and I can still buy a maximum of 4 in my name

Yes, if they are all season ticket holders. If they're not, then no.

    Yup we all are
  • Just noticed that you only need to have bought a 2025/26 season ticket to have the same priority as those of us with 500 loyalty points gained over the past two seasons.
    That's not rewarding loyalty.
It's the modern world I'm afraid - a marketing ploy by the club to sell season tickets, which could well work.
  • I hate to imagine how slow the ticket site will be at 3pm!

  • Can the 100 blocks and the 200 blocks access each other/the same concourse

I am a season ticket holder and I have logged into my account but cannot seem to buy online. What should I do?

If you're a season ticket holder and are unable to purchase tickets online, please check that the Fan ID on your account matches the one on your season ticket card. If the number doesn’t match your season ticket card, you may be logged into a duplicate account. Please email tickets@cafc.co.uk for assistance in accessing the correct account.

  • Can the 100 blocks and the 200 blocks access each other/the same concourse
    No
  • The nonsense we had in the last sale, with having to type in dates of birth, that appears to be gone for all age groups.
Good news that, I guess this is because Wembley can be trusted to check properly.

It doesn't negatively affect anyone. We have 36000 tickets, it's not Wrexham or Wycombe away.
It may do if I can't get the seats I am after although I will never know.

Totally agree about the tactic but I don't think this rewards loyalty. But then I'm just an old dinosaur.
  • With the linked accounts now extended to 12 tickets, do we still think it will go to general sale on Tuesday?

    I'm after 5 & starting to wonder

99% sure the answer will be yes based on last time + semi final at Valley also going to general sale.

Don't I've already raised this and got pelters I agree with you it's bollocks atleast give them another phase at 5 or soming otherwise they are in the same hat trying to buy same sections etc even if there is thousands of seats available, that's not rewarding actual match goers.

Yes, just makes it easier for people to purchase bigger groups. They would have just split over two transactions. Still the same 4 tickets per ST limit
