Firstly this is not s moan as I know it's my fault that I'm not a ST holder & only having 185 loyalty points means that I cant purchase until Monday afternoon.

However, it does rankle that it appears that there will be thousands of "hangers on" (not my words- words of a pp earlier) who will have better seats than me.....or might even have a seat when I cant get one.....just because a ST holder can by 4 at a time.

I am tempted to buy a ST today for next season so that I could buy later today/ tomorrow but as I dont go so much nowdays I dont know whether its worth the cost. And I dont see why I should have to fork out almost £500 (AC Stand) just so I can purchase a Wembkey ticket.

And its not just me.....its for my son too. He hasn't a ST as he works for the club on matchdays. Imagine that.....the bloke who does the music on a matchday might not be able to go to Wembley because someone has bought tickets for their Uncle Tom Cobley who has never set foot inside the Valley.

    Something very wrong somewhere.
I think I’m a reasonable guy and you even gave me some of your time for free, and despite your never ending stream of complaints, I’ve resisted biting, but have you ever asked yourself, as a long-term Charlton fan, why you haven’t got a single friend, or even an acquaintance at The Valley, who is a season ticket holder who would want to assist you?

Will get mine on valley gold tomorrow. But does piss me off that a chelsea fan just told me that he has his ticket.
Must’ve got it through a Charlton STH

    Exactly
  • I make it 11 tickets currently left available in the middle tier - all singles.

Orient sold about 23k last time they were in this position. Add 5k onto that number as an extreme case, given potential increased interest, all-London tie, etc.

That still means giving back eight or nine thousand tickets. Our allocation could extend to as much as 45-50,000 IMO.

Anyone know if you can call the box office or only buy online?

My Dad (ST holder) is computer illiterate, still gets his tickets the old fashioned ways of post, phone, ticket office etc.

I'm Stage 4 I think so can't get tickets until Monday whereas he could today, but doesn't use the website etc....
    Our website says online only.

Also: Phase 7 - Thursday, May 22nd from 11am until 5pm: Any remaining tickets will go on sale in-person for one day only for fans that may need extra support in purchasing tickets.
Why don’t you do it for him?
I would but I don't think he's got login details linked to his season ticket.  Or at least doesn't know if he has etc!

I've got his ID etc but no way of signing into it.
if he doesn’t have an email address, I don’t think he’ll have an account, in which case you can make it with your email address. If he does have an email address and an account, choose the reset the password option and log into his email account And use it to reset the password
Can you have more than one charlton account associated with the same email address? Give it a go and if it won't let you, DM me and I'll sort you out a forwarding email address you can use.
Think he's managed it after a few phonecalls to explain reset passwords etc!

    Thanks all.

So Lower and mid tier sold out except single tickets, a lot of the yellow upper tier sold but loads of other upper tier tickets.  Means probably 25,500 sold, given some of the middle tier has not been avialable.

If you are correct that means on average s ST holder is buying 3 tickets  each?
  • Having already arranged ferries and hotels for our family of 5 from the Isle of Wight I am starting to panic a bit, seemed much easier at the last playoff final and just hope can get tickets and even remotely close to each other.
  • Where on the map would the extra tickets ie not yet  available actually be?
  • Hazard a guess at the greyed out ones

Is that current live map on ticket page?

I can't believe we've sold every ticket that's not in the upper tier.

My guess would be at the bottom of the map above to the right of halfway - Block 526 and right of that.
  • Im glad everyone get their tickets. I need 3 x more tickets in lower if anyone able to assist!

Just had a look and it looks like there are only single seats available lower tier. Still plenty of blocks with good availability on the upper tier
  • Just trying to get three tickets for myself and 2 sons, lapsed season ticket holders, as I am. So will try on Tuesday, as my son has been to a few games this season. Went to the last two visits to Wembley so fingers crossed. We shall see what we will be offered?.... Been sent at least two emails offering me a season ticket today, so on the 'data base' hopefully get some decent tickets, one way or the other.....
  • Well that was the most stressful thing I’ve ever done! Amazed looking back on here at 3.05 seeing people say how easy it was! Took us 90 mins in total

We were needing to buy across two transactions to get family together. Had 3 of us queuing, the one who joined the queue last was in within 1 min and got 12 together. Then had to wait another 20 mins for the second device to get the rest. Fortunately seats were still there, so we were all sorted. Then on the very last step, the pay now button on the laptop just wouldn’t proceed. Tried everything. Got them to queue again on another device and when they got in the tickets were not in her basket. The basket only works on the device you were using. By now there were no areas in the lower teir with 3 or 4 together, let alone what we were hoping for. Then the original 12 timed out, and frantically trying to buy the tickets on release while competing with others. Got some. You think you’ve got seats but then you go to add to basket and turns out you didn’t. Trying to track when you’re stressed who can now sit together where, what concessions you need, what Fan IDs you’ve used etc

We’re there. but man, things are never easy!

Gutted that it's only upper tier left (if you want more than 1 seat together) after phase 1 & 2.

Was hoping would be okay being in phase 3.
