I’m not eligible to purchase until Tuesday. I’ve been living abroad for 10 years so opportunities to earn loyalty points are thin on the ground.
I’ve already booked flights home and will need 4, of which two just absolutely be together because my 10 year old can’t sit on her own. Fine with the upper tier. Can’t get as far as the booking screen to see how many are left. What are my chances? Or can a kindly season ticket holder on here help me out?
Attention: Please take a moment to consider our terms and conditions before posting.
Wembley tickets - 39k officially SOLD OUT (p109)

If you search for two tickets, it removes about half of the blocks in the lower and middle tiers. A search for six tickets leaves you with three blocks in the lower tier. Search for 12 and you can only buy tickets in the upper tier.stonemuse said:

So Lower and mid tier sold out except single tickets, a lot of the yellow upper tier sold but loads of other upper tier tickets. Means probably 25,500 sold, given some of the middle tier has not been avialable.
I can't believe we've sold every ticket that's not in the upper tier.
There are very few seats left outside of the upper tier.3 -
That search is shit - if you put 6 in and see a lower block it’s actually 6 singles, scattered not togetherEric10 said:

Buggered if i'd use my allocation to bring non-Charlton fans along, can't think of many ways of making it less of an occasion29

I suggest you try emailing. I think it's tickets@cafc.co.uk (from memory)Swisdom said:Predictably fucking shambolic
We get 6 season tickets in the Vice President's Suite but we only get one fan ID with that and we get no loyalty points.
So I've just spent an hour getting 4 fairly crap seatsfor my wife, daughter and her two friends. (none of the good seats are available)
But then I was trying to get 12 for a friend and his mates who are all regulars but can't commit to a season ticket. But it won't let me buy any more because my allocation of 4 is taken up.
i can't speak to a human
I can't buy the box for the rest of my family because Wembley are too busy to respond.
This is way more stressful than it really needs to be.
Just take my fucking money!0 -

Everyone who wants a ticket will get one. 100%. If you arn’t a season ticket holder and didn’t slog it out at Crawley at home in front of 8,000 people then you deserve to wait17

Random question from a half vampire who burns when you say sun. Is our end going to be in the sun or the shade.
In 2019 it was shade but not sure whether we have the same end or not.
I'm behind the goal, have tried to recreate my position in the north stand as much as I can.0 -
Did you watch the FA cup final? We are the same end as Palace and the sun looked to be shining top left as you look up the pitch from that goal.me76 said:Random question from a half vampire who burns when you say sun. Is our end going to be in the sun or the shade.

I think you will be fine.1 -
Long time season ticket holder and happy to get Tickets on the upper tier which isn’t brilliant, but I’m happy just to be there. This is much busier and much more in demand than in 2019 that is for sure.7

I've picked up a few more tickets tonight, and could only see 50 singles dotted throughout the entire lower tier. Similar story in the middle tier, although I suspect more blocks may released. Loads of tickets in the top tier, but worth having a scout around the blocks when buying - some have seats quite nearish the front.2

Don't think it's anything to do with your bank/card.RedPanda said:I got kicked out on Edge, re-queued on my Android, then my credit card declined twice. By 15:35 the only seats in category 4+lower together were in block 129. Now to unfreeze my credit card, stupid Tesco tw@s...
I had problems with 'my card' last week for the play offs. I Had payment declined more than once. But using the same card managed to secure 4 tickets eventually despite having paid for 10! (The money was pending in my account for 5 days but was never actually taken)Today was the same tried twice and card was declined twice despite the bank instantly notifing me the payment had been taken(2x£136) Eventually paid on a different card.
So the £272 will now be pending for a week on my card which means I can't spend it if need it!
Even more frustrating when after the problems last week I logged on early this morning and registered my card on my account so I wouldn't encounter the same problems today.0 -

Bought a season ticket and it still says the tickets are on restricted sale, anyone else had the same?0

Think your account has to be updated so check again in the morning and if still not showing, email tickets@cafc.co.uk for help.ElliotCAFC said:Bought a season ticket and it still says the tickets are on restricted sale, anyone else had the same?1 -

What time did you buy the ST? As has been mentioned on the Club site and here, the system is being updated hourly, so you should be eligible to buy within 2 hours - what I haven’t seen is whether those updates are automatic or if someone has to manually do it. If the latter, you may not get onto the Wembley page til tomorrow.ElliotCAFC said:Bought a season ticket and it still says the tickets are on restricted sale, anyone else had the same?

There are definitely still problems with the payment system. It kept freezing for me and we had multiple card declines.kakaka said:

About 30 minutes ago, so fingers crossed what you say is right! I’ll check it hourly, I refuse to believe in 2025 we are doing manual data entry for stuff like this. Thanks for the infoTelMc32 said:

I think it’s unlikely. If we get extra tickets from Orient I would assume they will be upper tier. Only chance of lower tier extras would be unsold hospitality maybe?JamesU2002 said:Any idea whether more seats will be released in the lower tiers?1 -
It’s not manual entry but will be an automated report run at intervals to update the database.ElliotCAFC said:

And here was me worrying if we could sell out another play off final in league 1 again, thought the first time was just cause of the Wembley drought.
Sounds like we could shift around 40-45k tickets for a league 1 play off final, amazed.9 -
Managed to get in early and get the tickets I needed in block 326. Looking forward to it although I wish there was no VAR.

Firstly, his son does work for the Club on a matchday but isn’t on the payroll as such, not going into detail but that’s the way it is, so not ‘staff’.Henry Irving said:
The only thing wrong is the way your brain is wired.golfaddick said:Firstly this is not s moan as I know it's my fault that I'm not a ST holder & only having 185 loyalty points means that I cant purchase until Monday afternoon.
However, it does rankle that it appears that there will be thousands of "hangers on" (not my words- words of a pp earlier) who will have better seats than me.....or might even have a seat when I cant get one.....just because a ST holder can by 4 at a time.
I am tempted to buy a ST today for next season so that I could buy later today/ tomorrow but as I dont go so much nowdays I dont know whether its worth the cost. And I dont see why I should have to fork out almost £500 (AC Stand) just so I can purchase a Wembkey ticket.
And its not just me.....its for my son too. He hasn't a ST as he works for the club on matchdays. Imagine that.....the bloke who does the music on a matchday might not be able to go to Wembley because someone has bought tickets for their Uncle Tom Cobley who has never set foot inside the Valley.
Something very wrong somewhere.
Your son could probably get you both comps if you asked. They keep tickets back for staff for a reason.
And it's not as if you don't know any ST holders but rather than ask you've had a moan as per usual.
Secondly, I couldn’t help out because I’d already promised my spare two elsewhere and anyway I couldn’t have got him the three he needed.
