Surprised how many people want to do corporate for these games tbh. Cost of it seems ridiculous.
Suspect no % of that spend will work its way back to the clubs either
The cost is ridiculous, especially with the 13.00 KO. Which is also ridiculous. I worry about where the money goes too. But I'm just too old for the hassle of "normal" Wembley, being forced to pay for gnats piss beer and bad food.
Also, once you leave the lounge and get to your seat, that's the end of any special treatment. Normal seats, just in a pretty good position. I'd never watch a match from a box. With any luck I'll have a jobsworth steward telling me to get back in my seat and show him my ticket, like in 2019. I'll be ready for him this time, mind.
Forgive me, boss. One day you too might be begging Club Wembley to approve your request to be allowed in...

I’m currently in s a wheelchair and a number of my group are in their 70s and 80s so it’s realistically the only option if we want to sit together.
today I’m told “all the boxes are sold on a long term so, if a box becomes available I will be contacted”
so how long am I supposed to wait for the phone to ring?
This id all just about Wembley making as much as they can. The boxes will probably be sold to a reseller first so the ridiculous £449 per person will only increase too.

Have you told them all that ? They do seem to be responsive to situations like that. Or maybe go for the lounge instead? If I recall, the tables are set up for ten, and you'd get your match seats at least together in a row or maybe blocked together (last time I had 7 and half of them were in the row behind me)
I got a call from Wembley Stadium this afternoon. They can’t do a box for 20 so we’ve got 2 x 12boxes next to each other.
The only way to get a 20 seater was to go through external companies and the price rose to £495 Plus VAT per person as opposed to £449 inclusive of vat
so we’ve saved a couple of grand just by not going down that route.
All sorted now thank god but that really didn’t need to be such a faff

Are you at the Charlton end of the stadium
Yes. As it’s a 12 box they are more in the corner than along the side but out two are firmly in Addicks territory.i was offered a 20 seater but it was more in the Leyton Orient side and cost a lot more per person so we binned it

Depends if you have the money mate - interesting comment on others ?
It wasn’t a criticism. Everyone is entitled to spend their money how they like and watch a game however they like. I was just surprised at how many seem to be going down that road.
Used to get offered hospitality regularly in Andrew Sykes East Stand box on half way line. More often than not binned it off to go in covered end. The director of AS used to do the same after the meet and greet crap. For £450-£500 a ticket, would rather a regular seat and bugger off to Spain for a couple of days to celebrate/drown my sorrows.
I was in the Bobby Moore suite in 2019 thanks to being the first to reply to a message from the supporters trust on here.
It was a great experience (was by the steps as players went up to get trophy, for example) but I really did feel separated from the passion of our fans.
Delighted to be in a group of 13 family in great seats this time.
I'm pretty sure my mate has added 3 to our lot in here today cos i have an email with 3 more on there , awaiting his whatsapp response 'did you buy 3 more c***ing tickets without informing me! '
A quick phone call to check when tickets are being sent out for this package and the lady revealed this has sold out now for Charlton.
Did she say when the tickets are being sent ? I keep getting emails asking for more information? Starting to feel like I’m on some sort of MI5 watchlist lol

NSIDE SPORT: Sunderland fans blast 'scandalous' £1,300 Wembley tickets... plus how Chelsea made Premier League history
