  • My 2p worth to anyone who's already bought, but with ticket amendments/checks to make - expect to encounter a queueing system from 13.30, and to be booted out of the system around that time, even if you're logged in before then.

For those buying and needing more than 4 - I'd recommend you check the accounts that you'll need linked, are indeed linked, well before 13.30, for the same reasons as above. Same idea if you'll be wanting to assign tickets to different account holders for the purposes of accruing purchase history - do all your checks beforehand.

Be very interesting to see the volume of the sale today, I can't call it.
If we've sold as many as some people think up until now, then i think we'll be close to selling out today. I then predict that we'll get an announcement tomorrow of an extra allocation and these will go on general sale.

Anyone had their tickets emailed yet?
NO Let’s hope they don’t mess it up again
Jeez, here you are again! Do you do anything apart from post negative/sarcastic comments about our ticket team?

They haven't messed anything up. They've made it clear from the first announcement that tickets will be emailed to everyone after confirmation has been sent.
  • Feels odd that they haven't been emailed yet, in a way. Hopefully someone just has to press a button and sold tickets go out the (electronic) door.

Its really not, when multiple times weve been told they will start going out today

It's the same for every England game at Wembley. You book tickets well in advance but it only ends up arriving a couple of days before the game.
  • Expecting my son to get the tickets today/Wednesday.He will print them out  ( as I no longer have a printer) in case we get split up, and we are meeting up in central London. I will be going with my other son from Bexley, they will want a couple of drinks, but as a non drinker of booze these days just tag along!

Haven't seen any update from them about sales since they announced 10,000 sold a couple of days ago.

I didn't get booted out, so I wouldn't worry about it too much

The queue's for the semi final started about half an hour before the window. They're random though so makes no difference if you join at 1:30 or 1:59
So does that mean the "Restricted Sale" button changes to enable you to join the queue?

When you're in the queue, and during the queuing time period, you won't be able to access the booking website other than sitting in the queue.

You'll just need to be in the queue before 2pm and you'll be alloted a random place in the queue once it opens. If you turn up any time after 2pm you’ll go to the back of the queue.

The queue is just to access the booking site.

Once you've been admitted to the booking site, after queuing, you'll see "Restricted Sale" against the Playoff Final, assuming you'll be logged out at that point. If/once you log in, if your account entitles you to purchase in this sales period it will say "Add to basket".

No, suspect you'd either get kicked out when the queue starts or you'd need to refresh to join it

  • I'm starting to get nervous about my chances of getting 3 tickets. I hope the queue is kind to me.
  • Yeah, no need to join the queue early. I joined about 20 mins before it started, my sis in law joined 10 mins before. Come opening of the window she was 300 in queue with a 1 min wait, I was 4000 with a 22 min wait. It’s random done
That's because there are different queue just like being at a supermarket. You join one queue and the next person see how long the queue is and joins another one.

None of my 6 tabs got booted and its the first time anyone has posted about it, just make sure you use multiple browsers as the queue positions will all be different.

Haven't seen any update from them about sales since they announced 10,000 sold a couple of days ago.
From what i've read on one of their forums, the number hasn't increased too much since then because most ST holders bought in the first 2 days (as you'd expect). I don't think they've sold more than 15k so far, but that will increase a lot today now members can buy.

There needs to be a separate queue for the "2 tickets or fewer" people, so they don't get stuck behind people with full trolleys of tickets  ;)

    My words might be misunderstood.

If you're actively navigating the booking site at the time queue goes live, expect to be diverted away from the booking site and dumped into the queue holding page.

Yes, I also had no instances of being kicked out of queues at any point, that all seemed OK.
  • I have back to back meetings all day today with a small window for lunch 13:30 to 14:30. Hope I can get it sorted in half an hour!
