Did anyone else have their card constantly declined? I got in at 2:05pm but it took me 40 minutes and 6 different cards to check out.
In comparison to the semi-final. That was dreadful.1 -
Surprisingly it was paying for the ticket that I found the easiest task of the lotSOTF said:Did anyone else have their card constantly declined? I got in at 2:05pm but it took me 40 minutes and 6 different cards to check out.

Took some mates to the semi final. No chance I was going to do that for the final, knowing it might mean Charlton miss out. Family only.4

Sadly was on a 4hr workshop and missed my opportunity - Ideally need 1 adult, 1 child, happy to pay full price for 2 adults if anyone has spares.0

Didn’t expect this so quickly … wow!1

So people are just bringing people who have no interest in football?Croydon said:
This is such a load of bollocks btw.arny23394 said:
No they won’t because 99% of those people will be fans of other football teams.redbuttle said:
Yes and those people might enjoy the day and become new fans.arny23394 said:Pisstake that genuine Charlton fans won’t be able to get a ticket when about half our allocation will be going to friends of Charlton fans that fancy a day out0 -
This has been an issue over the last few days. It’s been reported to the club to investigate as people have purchased with same card before. In some cases the card is declined several times before being accepted.SOTF said:Did anyone else have their card constantly declined? also appears to be a club problem as no box displayed to tell you to authorise payment in your banking app, just a decline message.
Out of interest what Operating system was you using and web browser

How many is Sold Out ? 35k
Have the club said initial allocation sold out or is it just the system not showing any availability ?
Good effort to have sold the initial batch if so (I didn't know we had so many day trippers ) let's see you at northern FC on a tuesday night in deepest darkest winter ....

Never mind I got them nowAberystwythAddick said:Not to be a conspiracy theorist with this, but it’s so weird how quickly the tickets are going/have gone you refresh and they say they are there within the second they are gone5 -
No, your idea that half the allocation is going to non charlton fans is absolute bollocks.arny23394 said:

And no way should Orient end tickets go on general sale when we have registered fans without tickets.vff said:AFKABartram said:They will have to release more blocks to us. Signed in at 1.50…….kept trying to log in to purchase section and was kicked out each time for a further hour.
So……I have no fucking ticket,0 -
I don’t think it’s as much as 35k as a number of our original allocation appear to have been held back for corporate packages which haven’t yet been sold. I’d guess with sold 32k’ishoohaahmortimer said:How many is Sold Out ? 35k

Close call...I work in prisons, so managed to bring a meeting forward to 1, rushed the governor through the meeting, got back to the manager's office to get in the queue. All good, like 214 in the queue, and got into the site quite quickly. Got the tickets bagged, went to pay.
Bloody one time passcode needed.
Mobiles aren't allowed in prison, so cue the panic, and a manic fast walk (not allowed to run in prison either) from the furthest point from the main gate as I could possibly be, an a jog all the way round to the back of the prison to my car, get the code, call the office where a colleague was waiting for the code. I'm knackered, sweating and not looking good but happy and totally worth it!!! See you Sunday! Whoop whoop!!46 -
Keep trying. I managed to get back in and see seats available

Well done - did need you need to get several together? That's what scuppered us, plus me wanting to avoid too many stairsDave2l said:Heart is still pounding. I was pretty certain I couldn't get tickets after constant decline but then got very lucky I guess.
Don't give up0 -
If the club said we’d sold just over 25k compared to 15k at the same stage last time. Even if you just applied the 10k difference to our 38k total last time we’d be looking at 48k or so.Chris_from_Sidcup said:How many do people realistically think we could sell if given them? 43k, 45k, 50k?
Don’t think 50k is impossible here.2 -
I'm not entirely sure the police will allow their tickets to go on general sale unless we're given more, as otherwise it'll just lead to some of our fans buying in their end.killerandflash said:
