Yes, on my laptop I was 91st in the first season ticket holders’ queue, and something like 4,000th in the queue on my PC. It look about a minute or so to get in.
If you're buying today, good luck! I don't think the site states it, but they do not accept AMEX. Also do not refresh or press back on the payment screen, wait for the try again button and the tickets will still be in your basket.

If I miss out today and more tickets dont become available I will be very frustrated and may change my view, but I also feel that fans with the huge loyalty point totals and fans with season tickets who go to every home game have earned the right to bring friends/family along for the big day out. I could potentially argue that it should be 2 tickets per fan ID / season ticket etc. (as this would have allowed me to get tickets by now!) but I can see the rationale to get the tickets sold as soon as possible, hopefully filling the stadium

Not really; 15000 is an average. Take off the season ticket holders and the rest could be different people each match. So in theory all 22000 could have attended a game (maths not audited!)

Not really; 15000 is an average. Take off the season ticket holders and the rest could be different people each match. So in theory all 22000 could have attended a game (maths not audited!)
And there's always the possibility that if you have a group of ST holders then one or more those may have been unavailable for particular matches and so someone else used the tickets (that was certainly the case with me for midweek matches this season where my granddaughter would come instead of my grandson).

It's a unpopular opinion, but personally I think ST/VG holders should be able to buy 4 tickets as long as everyone has a cafc ID. Nobody should be entitled to bring randoms, just because they've spent money at the club.
Family stands should be for young kids too, not 15/16/17 year olds who are probably having a pint before the match 😆

I don’t have a ticket (distraught doesn’t get close to describing how I feel 😩 - attending for over 50 years, former season ticket holder, just not able to get to many these days).
I’ve also been to games that I didn’t purchase on my account, and have paid for a CharltonTV subscription for the last 5 years or so (just after I moved to Luxembourg…😉).
However, the not buying tickets on my account is a lesson learnt.
Appears I have 1 final crack at getting one today, but not holding my breath as I can only use levels 1 & 2.
As disappointed as I am, I am delighted for everyone who managed to secure a seat.

We don’t know that and hopefully it won’t be the case.
It’s the lack of comms from Charlton which is frustrating on the likelihood and volume of extra tickets they have requested.
A sense of scale would help a bit.
It would make people even angrier if the club said, "we might get an extra 7,000 tickets" and then Wembley didn’t actually give us any more tickets to sell. Comms from the club haven't been perfect but they can't really win.
