    Not a top priority and wonder what wages he’d be after too? 
    Still, can think of plenty worse players to sign!

  • His career is on the down-slide and he's already experienced playing for Liverpool and Newcastle. 

    He might want to move back to London but if he's just seeing out his career and not all that motivated, then its best he doesn't disrupt the positive energy at Sparrows Lane.

  • Could do a lot worse than signing him to play in the hole where berry/Gilbert have been playing. Won't need to run as much and the guy can thread a pass through the eye of a needle

    Arter was almost a terrier-type, combative midfielder, so when he lost any pace and mobility, his game was done (hence why he is playing in the UAE second division now), whilst Shelvey is technically a super footballer, so once his mobility goes he has a lot more to still offer a team, hence why Shelvey was a England international, massive difference in quality between the 2
