I'm not sure how others have got on if ordering with this company, but I'm still waiting having not bought one at Wembley on the day. I placed my order on the 28th and thought it would be here by now, but having just read customer reviews for them, a two third 1/5 star rating for service with some advising to avoid having either not received anything or having had to wait ages. Not that hopeful now. I'll email them chasing up, but might be lucky to get a reply.Chizz said:

Hi,
sorry for not getting back to you sooner on your query, I have only just returned to the office after annual leave and it doesn’t look like a colleague has picked up your email.
Pre-orders placed before Thursday 22nd May of the League One play-off programme were despatched first-class as scheduled on Friday 23rd, with anything ordered post that date processed and sent on Wednesday 28th May.
Having spoken to despatch I have been informed that a small number of orders have not been sent due to a sell out online, although we are awaiting programmes returned from our sellers at Wembley. These will all be despatched early next week, week communing 9th June, so that all orders are fulfilled.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused by this delay but you can rest assured that your order for this treasured memento will be with you as soon as possible.

I agree..ordered one for my grandson as soon as i got home expecting to receive it within a few days ..still no programme.
E mailed got the same reply....sending out next week !?

as when i got out i walked up to every seller i could see and they said they had sold out completely

Got mine Tuesday. Nice momento for my Charlton treasure box. This will be handed to my children on my passing and no doubt wind up in a skip on the driveway!4

I ordered ours a few days before the game and they arrived about 5 days after the match. I didn't want to lug it around with me on the day, as I knew drinking would be happening and it would get messy.2

Sounds like pot luck on these. I ordered ours on the 19th and they arrived on the Saturday, the day before the final. Just ordered another one today for a friend of ours. Will see how long that one takes to arrive.0
