    I was very impressed by him when we played them away last season and looks like he can chip in with a goal or two

    That's come out of nowhere and Footy Insider (I know) reported this morning that he was in talks with Derby, think we won't be hearing many rumours this summer on that basis

    Sounds more like Berry, but possibly Doc. Doesn’t appear to be a DM like Coventry at all.

    With a goal every 4 games I’d say he’s more attack minded than Coventry so presumably it’s Doc and Berry most threatened

    Sounds like a good solid Charlton of old and NJ signing. Played a lot for a team that finished last season in good form, has played in the championship, seems to have a decent record of keeping fit.

    Not an immediate priority position but this tells me we will be very busy this summer. Whole squad will be upgraded come August. And great that he had other Championship interest that we beat

    And at 24 plenty of scope to develop further.

    I hope we resign Small as I love watching him attacking, and beating most full backs. But defensively he is not great, and is pretty dire defending corners/free kicks, but I think these are matters that he can improve. Hope so at any rate.

    You can always tell there’s going to be a signing when they announce something like Jones’ contract in the morning, as otherwise they would have done it in the afternoon, if no other need for that ‘big news’ space. 

    They also love to announce signings on a Friday these days. I reckon we will get one most Fridays from here!

    Will play the berry role carry us up the pitch during transitions try and pick up empty spaces in the final 3rd and get into goal scoring positions
