Dont'y usually do the pubs around the valley but as I need to collect some tickets tomorrow and tacking the advice on the OS I plan to get there early tomorrow so will have some time to kill before the game. I will have my son (aged 12) with me so I was looking for advice for child friendly (or more importantly, child un-friendly) pubs in the area?

Lots of kids in the Lib. Often a kick about in the "garden" outside or playing pool.

All Charlton pubs are children friendly (obviously not the away pub The Antigallican).

Kids are allowed in Bartrams. I have been taking my ten year old in there recently.

Is this members only or are they flexible on matchdays?
  • All you have to do is pay a quid on the door for yourself, I think kids are free.
