Garden shed roof

edited June 26 in Not Sports Related
Hi the waterproof covering from my garden shed has come off, it looks like I need to just glue it back plus a few tacks, anyone advise what type of adhesive I need.

The covering that has come of has a smooth underside but very coarse / rough top.

And while I am at it can anyone recommend a handy man willing to travel to forest hill.

  • There's stuff on YouTube about this from memory there's a bitumen based sealant in one of those sealant tube thingies but better to apply in warm weather when the bitumen covering is more flexible.
Mine needs doing and I'm looking at using american-style shingles.
  • so i went into a shop and asked "where can i get felt?"

  • Black Jack bitumen glue is what you want, stick it back down
  • Unless AUN has got some glue like substance after his 'alone day', he should has a small bucket full be now like
  • Thanks Guys, much appreciated.
  • Has the mineral felt just peeled up or has it torn? You may be better buying a cheap roll of shed felt as it is usually very poor quality and is easily repaired.
