I need help

Something has always bothered me, you know the skinny young lads that hang around the  streets and are built like bits of dental floss with attitude. The ones cross body bags the size of a nutsack.  Well what I want to know is how come at the start of the summer all normal well adjusted people are already in shorts and t-shirts, they are in joggers or skinny jeans and a zipped up anorak with more puffs than a asthmatics bus tour.  Then overnight they are strutting around with their concave chests out, thinking they are the reincarnation of Adonis. Is there a season or secret signal?

    I suspect that they have basic parenting and a poor outlook on the future so are just trying to put it out there as billy big bollocks. Unfortunately for them as it is, they didn't ask to be born.

    They're stupid.

    Getting a bit deeper, it's hard to look intimidating whilst exposing how little muscle you have.
