So excited about Kerry being in with a chance of Sam this year. if anyone is wanting a place to watch the final I recommend the Little Crown in Deptford.
I was at the semi final v Tyrone. Ive seen some excellent Kerry footballers in person but David Clifford is something else.
It'll be a very tight final. It's hard to know how good Donegal actually are though.
Little known is that Liam McCarthy’s grave is in Camberwell New Cemetery. Worth a visit if you love Hurling.
He was my Great Great Grandfather! I went to the unveiling of the gravestone as it was unmarked for several years. I've been to quite a few hurling finals, my dad loaned some items to the GAA museum which are on display!

OMG!!!! I never realised we were amongst royalty? 💚💚💚💚💚
Acknowledged as one of the all-time greats in the county Pat McGrane won a number of Ulster championship medals with Monaghan and also represented Fermanagh for a spell. He was a member of the last Clones team to win the Monaghan senior football championship in 1943 and the main stand in St Tiarnach’s Park is dedicated to his memory. Nicknamed “the red fellow” he was the scourge of defenders throughout the province. Played in the All Ireland final of 1930 and was on the Monaghan team that won the 1938 Ulster SFC.
Well if we’re going there, this is our first cousin Terry Kearns, known for his heroics in the 1967 All-Ireland Football Final victory for Meath over Cork……..don’t tell my neighbours 😎🫣🤣🤣

David Clifford served me in a petrol station before when he was like 17.
I don’t think it will be as easy for Kerry as some are saying. Donegal have the better manager imo and were immense in the second half in the semi’s. Be a great final.

Speaking as a Tyrone man, I wish he'd stayed there.
I was actually thinking earlier on today that, given the GAA's ability to milk competitions for revenue, I'm amazed that they haven't gone for a third-fourth place game the same weekend as the All-Ireland Finals.
The cost of tickets for Croke Park are significant, when you consider it's an "amateur" sport, so I was doubly glad not to be there last weekend.

I'll just have to cheer the team in the right colour on sotto voice...
